  I rented a house through Seascape in Cabarita several years ago and Ross, Bev, Holly and the team were absolutely lovely, and did their utmost throughout the tenancy to help with any issues with the house. They had a happy landlord, very happy tenants (us) and they are one of the nicest real estate agencies in Australia. There is nothing we could fault them on. They are a really great family owned, friendly, caring and compassionate agency. They really care about the owner's property and they really care about the tenants equally. Recommended.

  I have had quite the negative experience with Brighton Property Manager Luke Hilbert, after turning down a property that we had applied for. He was passive aggressive and called me 'unreasonable and reckless' for applying for multiple houses. He also complained that I had messed him around and that my withdrawn application would be 'detrimental' to their business. Most rental tenants will agree that it is necessary to make multiple application in order to have a fall back option rather than no where to live. This real estate clearly has no interest in assisting its tenants to find the right house, nor any interest in finding the right tenants for a landlord. Clearly they only want to make money and do as little work as possible. Luke was very rude and therefore I would avoid this company if I were you.
